Carolina Neurological Services is accepting new patients! Although our physicians do not require new patients to first be referred by another doctor, your insurance provider may. To schedule an appointment with us, please check with your insurance provider, then call us at the number below between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. When scheduling your appointment we will ask for your mailing address in order to send you a new patient packet to be filled out and brought to your first appointment. Please also remember to bring your insurance card along with an up-to-date list of your current medications. This will save time at your first office visit. We look forward to serving your neurological needs!

Financial/Payment Policy
 
Our practice is a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and most major insurance plans. We ask that you please pay any co-pay at check-in, as well as any unmet deductibles or co-insurance. Our office accepts cash, personal check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.
