  • Coming from the Boone, Lenoir, or Granite Falls area:
  • Follow 321 South towards Hickory
  • Turn Right onto 2nd Avenue NW (between McDonald’s and Ham’s Restaurant.)
  • Continue on this road until you get to North Center Street and turn Left
  • Go two blocks and turn Left at traffic light Medical Specialties Building is on the left
  • We are located on the second floor in suite 202
  • Directions from I-40:
  • Take exit #125
  • Coming from the EAST-turn Right off ramp
  • Coming from the WEST- turn Left off ramp
  • Onto Lenoir Rhyne Blvd
  • At the fifth traffic light, turn Left onto Tate Blvd
  • At the first traffic light, turn Right onto Highway 127
  • At the fourth traffic light, turn Left (You will see a yellow house-Hospitality House)
  • Go thru the next traffic light and our office is on the Left in the Medical Specialties Center
  • Turn Left into our parking lot. We are located on the second floor in suite 202

  • Take exit #24
  • You will come to a traffic light off of the ramp—go straight through traffic light
    You will be on Gaston Street
  • Take the 3rd Lincoln Medical Center entrance on the Left
  • You will pass the YMCA then the Hospital Main Entrance
  • Our office is the next building—Medical Arts Building

  • Take I-40 to Exit #105
  • Coming from the WEST-turn Left off of ramp
  • Coming from the EAST-turn Right off of ramp
  • Go to the 2nd red light (18’s Produce Stand)
  • Turn Left onto West Parker Road
  • We will be the 3rd building on the left past TLCO Bank and A Cut Above
  • We are located in the former Burke Rehab Building
  • In the back of the building, there are two doors with blue canopies. The first Office is “Med Ark” We are in the second office along with Piedmont Neurosurgery, Pain Relief, and Carolina Audiology.
